Dave came out within 20 mins of me calling and was very friendly and quick. He didn’t make me feel at all stupid, even though I’d accidentally locked myself out. During my initial call, he asked a few questions and made sure I didn’t end up using a cowboy locksmith (which I nearly did), without putting me under any pressure to use his services.
