If I could leave 0 stars I would! I wasn't initially going to leave this review! I had hoped that picking up the phone to discuss the situation would have been sufficient. Suffice to say that was not the case! All is fine until you're not happy with their many errors! We have used this firm for over 12 years in a professional capacity for our marketing material printing, never the greatest or most communicative service but we used them due to them being reasonable on price and the brochures usually turned out ok, plus we design them ourselves and only ever really looked to them for printing requirements not the design aspect, so we persisted over the years. However, never again! After a catalogue of errors had occurred during a routine brochure print, including A5 brochures sent rather than A4, being promised the replacement (correct) brochures would be rushed through and still took 7 days to then arrive (which is the same timeframe as the non rushed through brochures) in an open box with bent and abused brochures. We called Andrew "Drew" , the owner to discuss and express our dissatisfaction with the service, not asking for reimbursement or remuneration, just to express the disappointment we felt in this most recent service only to be met with extreme, unhinged anger, My colleague was not only shouted at but told to f**k off and called a little c**t and told that they have plenty of business so do not f***ing want ours anyway! A 12 year long relationship that has seen us spend thousands of £'s with them over that period and we're being called a c**t when they majorly fail on service standards!! Of course our business is obviously never coming their way again anyway.
While still reeling from shock of the language that had been used and the verbal abuse received we then received an email, backtracking and regretting using such vile, abhorrent and unprofessional language and indicating that we had hurt his ego by expressing that we were unhappy our product was of sub par standard, but then he proceeds to threaten us, IN WRITING that if we leave an honest review either on google or anywhere online they would "sue us", and in order to do this they have a "procedure", they issue a "perpetrator" (us) with a £1000 invoice for nothing and when we don't pay (which of course we wouldn't as any and all payments owning to them are up to date as they wont print your product until you have paid in full, which is fair enough) they would then take us to small claims court and sue us for leaving the review. They have a "procedure" for dealing with people that leave reviews!! I wonder how many other people have been spoken to this way and then threatened with being sued if they express their dissatisfaction by way of a review. Thankfully all calls in and out of my office are recorded so I look forward to hearing his defence whilst he is suing us!
