We contacted Paul at 1st Choice Gas Services as our gas fire was not working. We are on liquid propane gas and it’s always a lot harder to find an engineer who is certified in LPG. From the moment I spoke to Paul on the phone he was warm, friendly and professional. He visited us within just a couple of days and fixed the problem. We were so impressed with his service that we booked him to return again the following week to service our boiler. No mess, no hassle, no “oh dear, we may have a big problem here”! Nothing was too much trouble for him. A very personable and respectful man who is fantastic at what he does.

A big thank you to Paul, who came to our rescue when our boiler stopped working in the freezing cold weather. Paul was very accommodating, he stepped in to service my boiler after British Gas let me down 3 times. He was very helpful from start to finish, and was very friendly and professional, explaining each process as he went along. Replaced bath with shower and made a great shower room. Going the extra mile adding mirror and cupboard. Problems were looked at as challenges and sorted out. It is comforting to know a reliable plumber who will come to our rescue in any emergency. Work excellent and no mess left!

My entire boiler system needed to be replaced. My engineer Paul was amazing, he made sure I fully understood everything that needed to be done and why and provided several options for me to choose from. Called Paul from 1st choice gas services on Thursday last, had no heating downstairs and despite all the snow came out within 24hours, serviced the boiler and replaced pump in the airing cupboard was here 2hours and did a very thorough job and cleaned up after he had finished Would definitely recommend these. Very reasonably priced as well. Very happy 😊
