We’ve used Jake at Heating Matters since the end of last year. I highly recommend his service. He’s very friendly and extremely knowledgable. If it’s an emergency he will respond quickly and aim to make you a priority which is so important when you’ve got no heating or hot water. He will give you honest advice in a friendly manner. Unfortunately we needed a new boiler. Ours was over 16 years old. He supplied and fitted the new boiler as quick as humanly possible. It’s was the day before Christmas Eve that our boiler died. We were having some trouble with our boiler which left us without heating or hot water during sub-zero weather. Luckily I was able to find Jake, who was able to come out within only a couple of hours notice. Despite an incorrect diagnosis from another engineer from a different company, Jake was able to find out the real cause of the issue and sort it out very quickly. The price was reasonable, and was exactly as agreed upon beforehand.

Jake was really helpful in diagnosing and fixing the issues with our heating and water pressure. He gave us a suggestion which meant no need to replace shower parts and saved us time and money. Honest and reliable.

Jake was brilliant when I had a burst water pipe. I am a pensioner and live alone. I was panicking when I rang him. He arrived in ten minutes, quickly resolving the problem. Jake was friendly and I felt safe. Would highly recommend.
